I don't post much, but when I do it's probably about birds, records, or The Drive-By Truckers. Mental health worker. Cat dad. Yes, that’s me in a dress. What of it?
Good morning, all. Today is my Friday and Ginger and I couldn’t be happier. Despite her look of disdain.

Good morning, all. Starting what I’m hoping will be a quiet two-day week and then nine days off for family and loafing.

I love this. And didn’t know this version existed. Another one for the want list. Thank you.

An unmitigated success. I’m so glad I found IHTOV: It’s a great read, prompts me to get off my butt and write, and best of all, introduces me to new music. Which is really what life’s all about. Congratulations and thanks.

Good morning, all. We watched Scrooge the other night (’51, Alastair Sim, A Christmas Carol in the US), which is my all-time favorite and a yearly must-watch since I was 8 or 9. I’m looking forward to Christmas in Connecticut. Hope everyone has a good Wednesday.

Same. I generally forgo streaming and wait until I can spin the vinyl, but after hearing a few songs I couldn’t resist the Bandcamp downloads.
