And contrary to widespread belief, if you say under oath that you don’t remember something that you do, in fact, remember, that’s still perjury.
You don't "not recall" telling DOJ lawyers to say "fuck you" to court orders. You either remember saying it, or you remember that you definitely didn't say it. Emil Bove saying he doesn't recall means he definitely said it, and there's a roomful of people that can testify to it.
