I like being around other people and I can be social but the truth is I value solitude and being alone. I prefer reading, writing, sculpting, listening to music than having to be around people and dealing with those kinds of interactions. Its much simpler being alone, much quieter, safer?

I was a very sick child and while I wasnt confined to my home the entire time, I was sick a lot and not able to go out so covid was just life for me, being stuck inside with no contact or minimal contact. Covid could have gone on for years longer and I would have been perfectly fine truth be told.

I have always treasured solitude and not being around others and not in a way of I cant stand people and I hate being around them, but I spent a large portion of my life alone due to physical illness and such and being isolated from the world was nothing new to me at all.
