Thanks to all our workshop presenters for delivering an array of engaging sessions. It was great to hear from so many people who have used their role to drive change within their communities and organisations, and to consider how these ideas and experiences can support social work.

We were also treated to a lively and thought-provoking panel discussion, chaired by Alison Bavidge, on campaigning approaches, challenges and best practice, featuring Monica Lennon MSP, John Dickie, Alison McGrory and John McGowan.

Thanks to our speakers Charlie McMillan, Phil Wiltshire and Iona Colvin for your informative presentations that provided a platform for an invigorating panel discussion with delegates on national developments in social work and how we can embed activism in practice.
