You'll need to agree to our Art Auction Terms & Conditions, which will be shown as part of the pre-registration process and also in the Art Auction room at the convention. Remember, pre-registration is not "first come, first served" so take the time to read them carefully.

Items can also be registered at the convention during the Friday Auction Registration slot, but we highly recommend pre-registering to ensure we have space to display your item. Pre-registered items should also be brought to the Friday registration session to be put on display.

During this process all proposals will be locked and cannot be edited. If you need to change anything in your proposal, either reach out to the Events team mailbox at the address below or speak with your Events team contact if one reaches out to you.

Ultimately, everyone who has made a pitch via our events system will receive an email informing them if their pitch has been accepted. We anticipate that these will be sent by mid-December at the latest. As always, we will try to fit as many of your proposals as we can!

Our Events team is now reviewing each proposal and may reach out to understand more about certain events as they work to assess each pitch, determine what is plausible to run, and how they may fit in the schedule. Don't worry if you don't hear from them immediately, though!

We're also looking for Shift Leads who, in addition to the above, will provide leadership and a point of escalation for the Events team during shifts at the convention. This is a more senior role which will carry more responsibility so tangible relevant experience will be needed.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and keep calm under pressure
