Last month we received over 61,000 emergency calls.

We treated more than half of these without taking patients to hospital through our clinical hub, management on scene, and alternative pathways.

Our Mental Health and Dementia Care Team have been working to improve access to mental health services for patients and ensure our staff are fully supported in managing mental health emergencies. They aim to ensure our service is inclusive, and stigma-free.
