I'm sorry you have to go through all this shit. No one should have to deal with the sheer life sapping that is bureaucracy. I hope things will get better, and that you'll get your heart meds.

Like at least it's over Christmas and (if I remember correctly) also new year's eve but it's so funny how different it is from country to country (and even from university to university at times)
