I was thinking of doing a holiday food one but I think this would likely get finished after the holidays so want to avoid a fully seasonal theme lol

I think it be worth jotting down rash location/temp/time of day/clothes/pollen count/ect when they happen might help narrow it down! Recurring rashes are SO ANNOYING TO FIGURE OUT immune system just needs to chill sometimes 😭

hmmm another thing too look at from my own personal mystery rash experience is regular allergens, I personally get rashes in random places when certain pollens are high when I go outside year round and antihistamines don't usually do much to prevent it for me

Sometimes UV rays still get through regular clothes, so if you are super sensitive might be worth a try. I would also maybe test if its a temperature thing, I know some people get rashes from sudden temp changes like going from AC to outside heat.

Seconding this, I have friends with sun allergies and I myself have gotten sun rashes as a side effect of meds. I've also read sometimes when your immune system is overworked you can get periods of being allergic to the sun! UV proof clothes works great to avoid the rashes
