Simon joined the inaugural Financing Flood Resilient Infrastructure (FFRI) workshop w/ South East Councils Climate Change Alliance & other consultants – helping councils plan & finance infrastructure that protects communities from climate change. Supported by funding from the Australian Government.

Sonia and Simon had a fantastic time last week attending the #AMOS2025 conference in Cairns. One highlight was visiting the Great Barrier Reef to see firsthand the impact of cyclones on the reef + watch researchers restore reef ecosystems. 🐠

Meet our Summer intern, Tynan Bressan! 👋

This Summer, we had the pleasure of working with Tynan, who completed an internship at Scientell as part of his university degree. We asked him a few questions to help you get to know him 👇

In collaboration with Comm-it’s Emma Donnelly, Scientell delivered presentation training for the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT). The workshop is the first in a series of workshops that Scientell will run for ASMIRT in cities around Australia in 2025. 🩻

💡 Our tips for communicating adaptation solutions in climate communications, as presented by Alysha Huxley at this week’s #VicBioCon25:
• Include feasible adaptation solutions
• Have a message of hope
• Adopt a storytelling approach
• Provide tangible, real-world examples

Climate change poses risks to Victoria’s water resources, affecting the region’s water demand, supply, and quality. Scientell recently worked with regional water corporation Westernport Water to run a workshop to identify climate change risks and options for adaptation. 💧

Scientell conducted a thorough scientific and readability review of a new series of textbooks, e-publications and digital materials for Years 7–10, published by Cengage Australia. 📚

Our editing aimed to ensure the textbooks were engaging, accessible and scientifically accurate. 💡
