Isn't 100% affordable housing just another name for "the projects" that were grossly neglected and run by despicable landlords in the past? It's a development that's ripe for corruption.
We need diversity in our housing and in our everyday lives if we ever want to have a just society.

It takes a deeply psychotic person to support laws that force a woman to give birth and more laws to prevent those women from getting healthcare to keep their babies alive.
How much hate must those "pro-life" people have in their hearts in order to create a world with such pain and misery.

For profit health insurance corporations have "death panals" that deny care till you die. Who could have predicted this heinous behavior from the people bribing all our politicians to keep them from setting up Universal Healthcare. 🙃

There's this systemic bigotry baked into American society that prefers spending tax payer funds building prisons and hiring more police instead of building homes and hiring more social workers for people in need.

S Holgate has giant potholes and no curbs yet vehicles still speed through this extra wide street making it very dangerous to bike or walk on.
This needs to be a narrow 2 lane street to slow cars, repaved for cycle paths and sidewalks with trees for all the people who live and work here.

To have a chance of seeing accountability we will have to remove every republican and every establishment democrat in the federal government tho. The crimes we see today are only possible because they are all corrupt to their core.

People are learning to not trust generative AI tools due to all the hallucinations and slop they create now. However machine learning is still a trustworthy tool for scientific research. Conflating the two could lead to more people no longer trusting scientific studies.
