I don't love the Trainline app but they apply splitfare discounts automatically. These can even work if you don't change although I sometimes get the heebeegeebees thinking I have to change seats when I don't.

Isn't this specifically about healthcare staff catching Covid at work? I'm not in that category myself but I think it's different from the overall lack of help given to sufferers of chronic illnesses.

To be fair, over-cooling is also a problem and in many serviced offices both are controlled by facilities for the whole building. Essentially, nobody is happy, at great expense.
