Speaking from experience, pawing barefoot through the seasons: Make sure it's a golden autumn day and not too damp outside. Wet leaves can be super slippery.

It's a nice distraction, and it feels natural. Authentic. Let teens be teens from time to time. Naturally, the focus remains on the things that really matter: world events, local challenges and what the future holds. But all of this is discussed in a relaxed atmosphere. Again: It feels authentic.

I love these accessories. Good choice!

I'm not a festival person. I want to finish the meta events as fast as possible to spend my time somewhere else. Working on world completion (73 %), playing some Silksong and continuing my proofreading. Will be busy enough with GW 2 when the new expansion drops.

And I'm already done. See you next year.

The World Wide Web makes it easy to feel constantly connected. You see and talk to them every day. That's why Thumper's comparison about being part of a family is legitimate. You can make the same comparison to many other communities interest groups as well. How homely they feel is another matter.

I don't consider myself a furry. Well, depends how you look on it. I do like nice anthro art and to play anthro characters in video games. What I can say as an "outsider" is that I was and am still impressed by the mostly warm and welcoming furry culture. It goes beyond mere fandom.

Don't know about relaxing. Gonna play some Hollow Knight: Silksong this weekend.

I'm waiting for the day when I buy a bottle of wine and am asked for my ID at the checkout.

To be honest: With that baby face of mine I could sit between some 16-years-olds, and I wouldn't stand out.

You don't have to be a fennec fox to experience that to be honest. I'm a 37 old dude, and strangers (while grocery shopping for example) still call me "young man."

They are similar indeed. Both youngsters sell/provide happiness in different forms and manifestations as they travel through a world that exceeds their imagination. No ulterior motives. No hidden knife.

I don't know about "play the biggest part". But their cheerful, (childlike) innocent view of the world is adorable. You could say the same about Agnea. However, she forces it very hard. Which makes sense, because trying to make people smile is her goal. Ochette and Tressa have the right amount.

Not the same character in body and spirit. But the inspiration is real.
