this is a pretty good pb for me - my avg times are around 3:35-3:50!

I know my English teacher friends have definitely addressed using AI in their classes at both the MS/HS level - it’s hilarious though because kids don’t know how to make it sound more realistic to their level of writing, so it’s super easy to spot

Ahh I see - I finished my Master’s in 2024 and had to do a bunch of reading of my classmates’ posts on discussion boards, read their essays and give feedback, etc…

There was… a lot of AI. But Canvas AI detection didn’t stop us from submitting or professors from grading…

As a MS/HS teacher, the kids are fine. Even the toughest kids - they’re all great. It’s the adults who only care about PR/making the district look perfect while not tending to the staff who actually make it happen that make it hell sometimes.
