2/3 Findings: disease-signature genes & AMR hubs; tetracycline resistance via mobile elements across Enterococcus, Streptococcus, Veillonella spp; a duplicated nitrate-reduction operon in K. pneumoniae linked to strain-specific stress/virulence.

2/2 Similar oral↔gut strains expand in gut; translocators carry collagenase-like prtC gene (fecal prtC abundance being a robust ACLD biomarker - auPR 0.91); prtC⁺ isolates worsen barrier & fibrosis in CCl₄ mice; collagenase activity increases in patients; prtC activity was confirmed for V. parvula.
