This is the one I mean - to get to school. Why you need fbh too and not just a Bestätigung that you're attending school tho idk. But I guess to exclude whoever doesn't get FBH (e.g. asylum seekers, nonworking sub Schutz) 🫤 Integration means walking by foot to school, migrant kiddos!!!

informed there even was a case against her.
In September when she asked directly what'll happen if people don't have FBH for a while, she got this response from OÖVV. How do we even interpret that? One hand it's fine if you had fbh in September, otoh it has to be gültig or there's a Strafe.

It's a strange situation. One of our Telegram admins, a UKR mom herself, said she always sends the OÖVV the FBH confirmation asap. Usually she gets back "ok thanks!" In March (the first time we got this chaos with FBH) she got back "thanks, the case against you is now closed". 🥴 She hadn't been

Yes, the Rechnung says "Forderung OÖ Verkehrsverbund: inkl. Mahnspesen des Auftraggebers = 506,00" and then some more on top for Bearbeitungskosten. The Schreiben dazu is that they didn't show proof of FBH on time..but they can't, as the new Antrag is being processed.

Recently I've been thinking that we're kind of more in a "normal" phase now - finding work, German classes, kids dealing with bullies, ... And then stuff like this happens and I'm like no!! it's all still insane!!!!

Oh and the new FBH Gesetz is befristet to June 2026 so I guess we can expect this whole thing again next year 🥴
