AI will be expunged. It cannot offer the value it promises, and it's very clearly going to crash hard. There's no need to drop a warhead into artists to take out the bad actors in their midst.

There's a ton of great art being done that is being maligned, most likely because some limp-dick middle manager is insisting some AI be used in some part that the artists have to actively work harder to completely negate. It's very much a baby and bathwater situation, in my mind.

Especially when there are so many more obvious people to antagonize relative to it. It makes sense to express that you're not content with the fact that it was used in the past by more reasonable actors, but I think civility is due when its obvious they're actively distancing themselves from it.
