And on the back of my last post, my GP didn’t like my 775 pmol level blood test so I cut back and I’ve been an emotional wreck for the last two months on 2 pumps morn and night, I’m tired of crying … back to three morn n night, I know my body fuck your levels, I’m happy 750 / 800 🖕🏼🖕🏼

Awww the charity yoga practice was so lovely, the studio is gorgeous 🥰 little bit of gentle flow to start with then lots of “yin” relaxing stretches, nice little gathering after with some tea and chatting, 5 of us from my normal class but loads of friendly smiley strangers 🫶🏻

Torvi is about the third that I’ve got close to, the first moma was quite old and passed, Gunnhild (in the pic), she was the runt of the litter and was emaciated when she approached me, she did try to move in, used to rub her face all over mine 😍 she left to find her own range after a year bless ❤️
