You mean the armor plates under the backpack? A lot of chipping applied with sponge and brush, and then using the grey basecoat color to paint jagged lines across the red stripe to make the paint look scuffed up.

Thanks! It's real easy, put a small dab of watered down bright white paint in the eye socket, once dry do maybe 2 coats of fluorescent green over it. Then maybe 2-3 coats of a very watery glaze of normal green around the eye sockets to make it look like the glow is spilling over a bit. That's it!

Funny you should post this because I just ordered the Argel Tal figure. Was looking to do something special with it as well, though it won't be nearly as ambitious as this.

FWIW I had a lot of fun with this game in the late 90's/early 00's, no idea if it has aged gracefully or not though.
