Only attempt at Nep in a smash bros style is Cmc+ (A modpack of Smash Crusade that adds a bunch of character mods and is basically kinds it's own game lol) and in cmc+ Nep's hdd was exclusive to her final smash and personally I think it shouldn't. .. in a modpack setting lol
