Because "culture" can describe different things. In the context of a job it *should* describe that businesses particular way of doing things, not wider society. EG It doesn't matter what culture you come from, but are you comfortable with risk taking.

The TL;DR is: spend the most time finding a good installer, ask questions, if you can't understand or the answers don't make sense, keep looking.

Twitter went from a silly diversion to a hate filled, rage baiting bot sewer.
I used to go there for updates from specific communities, but as time went on, accounts started attacking for no other reason than to create discord.

Design is about an accurate heat loss calculation, then looking at required emitters, hot water needs ect. If the heat loss is wrong, the whole design will be wrong.
Installation is about proper placement, pipe sizing, routing, insulation etc., poor quality exterior insulation is common.
