Silent gets made to play saint for the younglings. He finds it equally astounding and amusing that his eyepatch doesn't seem to tip them off immediately, though this works in his favor. He isn't a great actor either, but he does what he can to bring cheer to the youth of Ul'dah.

Silent is usually a gift giver. Normally said gift must be something that has been specifically requested of him, as he is not imaginative when deciding what a perfect "gift" should be. During Starlight, Silent will often outright ask what a preferred gift would be.

Silent would thank them for their thoughtfulness, but would tell them directly what exactly he does not like about the gift. He might suggest that it could be better suited for somebody else, though he will usually still reluctantly accept should the gifter be insistent.

Potentially. Silent is polite enough in conversation, and will also perform tasks if one asks it of him. However, he rarely initiates conversation and mostly keeps to himself. Silent is more of an ambient presence, some will find him comforting while others may find him intimidating.

A mix of both. While Silent tends to keep a bit to himself, but he is usually pretty accommodating if his partner needs his assistance, and he is quite good at listening. However, he also tends to treat it as "two people working on individual projects" unless asked for specific help.

Silent generally does not prefer to make the first move in most situations, preferring to be more defensive and sure in his approach, whether it be in battle, social, or romantic environments. Though, he is also not averse to initiating if it is required of him.

Silent normally does not allow his emotions to control him, and he is hard to anger, but he can be seen tensing up and scowling deeper than normal while trying to focus on keeping himself in check. If Silent's anger breaks through, he has a wrathful side that he himself is not proud of.

Silent is an incredibly hard worker. Whenever he isn't actively rendering aid to others, he can often be found preparing or training for the next time his abilities are required. Silent will always try his utmost and apply himself in order to fulfill any duties that are placed upon him.

A bit deep, not too deep, but also quite noticeably rough and scratchy. Silent is an old man that smokes and has also spent decades barking orders, so it is easy to imagine that his voice would be coarse to reflect that.
