Experimented with Allulose instead of sugar for a cranberry sauce tonight.
Solid result, but I think it needs to get upped a little more and could use a little acid (lemon juice) to really shine.

The couple folks I know who've gotten machines from them have been really happy with them. Looked like it'd be hard to beat their prices with ala cart builds too.

My thumb drives have gone walking, but I have a weird stack of 2.5" HDs/SSDs that are too small to be useful.

It was wild to me how different the 'hard parts' were for the two people at our house. Roadblocks for one were a breeze for the other and vice versa.
