Senators have a choice next week: They can vote for a DHS funding bill that gives ICE and CBP more money to brutalize our neighbors, or they can say ENOUGH. Now would be a great time to advocate for FEMA to be a cabinet level position in its own right. As it stands now, their funding is tied to DHS and ICE.
