In anticipation of my HRT I've begun taking steps to get myself a bit healthier. Using stairs instead of the elevator, replacing beef with chicken/lean meats, cutting out soda, etc.
Today I went from the ground floor of my apartment to my floor while keeping a steady pace and not getting winded.
