Have any of you ever negotiated rent when you’re on a month to month lease?
We moved in early and all the surrounding units are cheaper than ours. Looking for advice on how to approach this. (Like the space and would prefer to not move if it can be avoided)

The irony that after I retweeted this yesterday I went through this today. Friend figured out one of my (not secret!!) kinks and ended a friendship of nearly a decade without even a word to me and went at my other friends for being friends with me.
Absolutely wild.
