The guy was filming in the street, got pushed backwards, was trying to walk away. ICE pushes him onto the snow, then sprays him point blank in the face with a chemical agent, wrestles him to the ground, then while six agents are pinning him down, they shoot him 10x.

Six ICE agents have the guy on his knees, and one of them is whipping him in the head repeatedly with a gun. Then one of the ICE guys shoots him. He falls over limp, and after that another one pumps half a dozen rounds into the guy while he's lying face up on the sidewalk.
