If fascists needed an excuse to be violent, we wouldn't be in this mess. The violence is coming, whether we want it or not. It's important for good people, who otherwise would probably never take up arms, to be prepared for that eventuality. Complacency has already gotten thousands of people killed.

Punching nazis is fun, but it's time to stop tolerating fascism entirely. American fascists have created a life or death situation for everyone else. The fascists must be killed while there's still enough decent people alive and free to fight. No trials. No jail. Every single one of them must die.

The murders will continue unabated until people start shooting back. Trump, SCOTUS, Republicans, and every single person who ever supported them, must all die. No trials. No prison. No mercy. This is war. One side just hasn't figured that out yet.

If I were following my own advice, I would not go into specifics with strangers online. You can bet that if anyone had already ambushed ICE, you would have heard about it. Nobody can know exactly when the time will come, so best to gather your allies now and make your own plans.

I've seen a 13 year old boy called a man when an American cop shoots a black kid in the back, or when the IDF shoots a Palestinian kid in the knees. People will say anything to justify their barbarism.

I wish elected Democrats had that kind of courage and leadership ability, but I'm not seeing it. Both parties are corrupted by dark money, which severely limits their quality. Anyone who fights back like that will gain massive support, and make some extremely dangerous enemies. Hope it happens!

Trump says some completely nonsensical things sometimes. I haven't heard "Smart people don't like me" before, but I wouldn't put it past him. Sometimes he randomly says something true.

Yes, caltrops are a good idea when ICE comes rolling through, as long as you can get ahead of them without being seen. And they're very easy to make yourself.

I really hope 3.5% of Americans will get out there and help us settle this matter empirically. I would be so happy if it didn't come to either total fascism or civil war. But I'm not hopeful.

I really hope that he is deeply insecure and suffering on the inside, because that is the only suffering he will ever experience. Except, of course, for old age, which spares nobody.

Based on your stated education, you may have more insight into this topic than me. I will need to look at that study again, but from what I recall, they only looked at regimes that were successfully toppled in relatively recent history. Is that not accurate?

I really don't think that 3.5% statistic that many people quote is valid. They do not account for the conditions that existed there, nor the many fascist regimes that were never toppled at all. Non-violence only works when there are other mechanisms for change. Those mechanisms have collapsed.

Some things have changed. People have not. The civil rights movement was great, but that was a temporary anomaly caused by a surplus of wealth compared to other post-war nations, and it is being reversed before our eyes. Fascism is still the same, and it's coming back with a vengeance.

It will happen, regardless. He doesn't need a legitimate reason to declare martial law, or anything else. He'll do it if and when he thinks it will help him win. Probably right before an election. If the resistance isn't prepared to fight, it will lose.

Neither way has ever worked, or the world would be a very different place. The killing continues, regardless of which methods are attempted. We have to keep trying, or we are all doomed. I still think we should kill fascists. They certainly have no problem killing us.

Great video! I agree with almost everything, but I don't believe that nonviolent methods have ever or will ever succeed in ending fascism or plutarchy. Still, all forms of resistance are needed. Good luck, Saners!

Why do you insist on being confrontational? If you agree that violent resistance is necessary, then you know that civil war is right around the corner. I suggested arming yourself. If you can't safely do that, fine. I'm not here to give gun safety tips, I'm just pointing out the need to resist.

This is quite unnecessary. I am talking about fighting in a civil war. Danger is not going to be avoidable, and weapons will be valuable and necessary. In normal circumstances, I would never suggest owning any firearm unless you needed it for hunting or something.
