My first computer was a VIC 20 from my uncle.
I traded it with him for a boardgame I just got for Christmas, when I was 7 or 8 years old.
I watched him for hours coding, and I wanted to do it too 😊

And yes, I use some V2 extensions, that can not be ported. This is not a phantom fear. 🤷‍♀️

And no, it was not the usual hard-reset. That happened, and I kept pressing, and something else happened. The fan got really loud (I was a bit worried 😬), and it took like a minute before it restarted by itself, with the monitor working again. 🤔

I'm not a hardware guy, so if anyone knows, what I did there, please let me know 😄

I have an #HP ZBook, and basically, I had to unplug all USB devices, and hold the power button for 30 seconds - I made it 32, to be sure.

After that, something happened, and after a while the notebook came up with the monitor working again.

Librarians are cool people ... yes, I am quiet 😁
