I know it's been speculated before- it wasn't right then either. You speculated he might be autistic, described his behavior, and then called his behavior weird. It's the same thing.

Regardless of who his family is, I don't think it's for us to speculate on that. Also, theorizing someone is autistic and then calling them weird for it is weird.
