nobody actually warns you about the emotional rollercoaster of game development:

"wow, this is kinda fun actually!"
"nah, this is the worst thing ever"
"wait, i might actually be goated"
"nvm this is terrible, i should kill myself"

[1] Halfway through our 2-Week VR Game! Here’s an overview of what we've done:

- Villager workstations (mine, farm, forge)
- Assign villagers by picking them up or throwing them
- Basic enemy waves and combat

Now working on item throwing—any tips to make it feel good?

game dev pro tip:

if you're struggling with motivation, try setting realistic goals

like "today i will open the project folder"
or maybe even "today i will look at one (1) line of code"

We gave ourselves a two-week deadline to work on a small VR project to learn, and it's turning out pretty well!

(It's turning out cooler than expected, but let's see if we can meet the deadline because I have my doubts… 😅)

I’ll give you a sneak peek when I can 😜
