i got a new gender, a new job, the federal government was taken over by lunatics, and i lived life in ways i never thought possible

and i started on a game! after five years in the aaa mines i needed to create, and what progress i've made! excited to see where i'll be next year

recently migrated my #indiegame project from a private #gitlab instance to a private #forgejo instance, for anti-corporate reasons. took a little bit to move my issues over but it wasn't too bad. gonna leave the gitlab running for a couple more days just in case, then kill it

tbh the sumerians did not have this many lights but it's fine

i have added recast and also detour. and made it look kinda alright. the guy can now walk around with his feet on the ground!

i have integrated recast into my #indiegamedev engine. i can now generate a #navmesh! one step closer to making a beautiful game...

i have ported amd's fidelityfx to linux, and successfully ran fsr natively on my pc and my steam deck

only took two days. amd should have done this tbh
