I got a Zojirushi one that’s large, but it has two paddles, so the loaves are shaped normally. I especially love being able to bake GF bread easily — it’s awesome!

I invested in a bread machine so I could have bread affordably with ingredients I choose. It’s a great solution, if you don’t have counter space to knead.
