The bathroom is getting there too. Still waiting on the new vanity and faucet, and caulking around the top of the tile but it's still better

Basement update! It's looking like a basement again

Got paint samples for the bathroom and I've surprised myself by preferring the darker one, which I didn't expect until they were on the wall
