Super proud of him but feel like I blinked and suddenly I have 3 adults as children! My daughter (almost 16) was born when I worked at the school she now goes to - lots of her teachers remember her as a baby as well 😱

Sorry. I usually do about 1/2-3/4 full. After a couple of hours a big stir is useful. I use medium generally and anytime from 5+ hours generally. I used to put it on when I went to work so it would be like 8 hours easy.

I literally throw in frozen Quorn mince, frozen chopped onion, frozen garlic, tins of kidney beans, sometimes a tin of another type of beans tins of chopped tomatoes, stock, herbs and spices (lots of paprika and cumin) and lazy chilli from a jar and leave it on all day.

Apparently there is a particular issue with specialising training places after FY2 because of the supervision needed. We need doctors here but many of the young ones I know will have to go abroad to get the training they need and many won't return.

It's like saying there is an over supply of maths teachers when actually there just aren't schools who can take trainees because they are chronically understaffed. 2/2

But there isn't an oversupply really. What there is a lack of training positions. There are not enough doctors in the NHS to meet patient need but the doctors of the future that might be able to help that can't get training places. 1/2
