Her feet criss-crossed in the ill-fitting gown she bought last moment for Some Someone's wedding. She caught herself on a tree trunk before she could crash to the forest ground, sweating hard. Don't puke, don't puke, don't puke... Everything was burning up. Her stomach churned and her head throbbed. Leslie took in deep slow breaths, a cheek pressed to the tree. A bell chime in her head. She stumbled back from her tree friend and tripped in her too-high heels. What the- More bells chimed, each ring louder than the last until she was screaming and covering her pierced pointed ears. Unfortunately for her, that was only the start. The chiming went on as her blood heated up to a boil. She wanted to rip off her skin, vlqw it off to find any relief. She sweated [it goes to the next page after this line]

Her fingers trailed along her jaw to turn Leslie’s face to look at her. “Come back to me.” Leslie looked and found tears threatening to fall from… her own eyes? What the fuck was this? This… feeling things? “Forgive me.” “For what?” For deceiving you. For not knowing what to do. For… She leaned forward to close the gap between them, but stopped before their lips met. The Duchess whimpered at the restraint. “I will not forgive you if you tease me like this,” Daphne said, voice quivering. That was all she needed.

Good morning #LGBTQWriteAThon! My current WIP is book three of my trilogy. I've been working on it for quite awhile. I struggle with ending things (writing, video games, etc). But I hope to finish soon!
