do i think it's ideal? of course not
but [product name not mentioned so i don't appear in searches] has shown a lot of success and its author is updating it pretty regularly based on the feedback
i just think the hate it gets is unwarranted imo

i stood up for myself twice and i got threatened and yelled at
it hurts not having anyone in my local area to meet up with
