Usually something short such as a discussion board post, 200 words max, linked to the assessment so it builds, a quiz, reflection etc for consolidation. Depends on topic and level.

A6 Give students a choice in how they learn a topic and how they show you they have. This is a favourite cartoon cite #LTHEChat

Very much so!! Every prep activity is developed in class - it is given status and meaning. We also add comments to the reflective logs. It is not about creating a shadow course for students to do in their own time but a dialogue in and out of the class - and between each other & us #LTHEchat

A3 Knowing how, when and where to start. We do need to scaffold independent study and learning to learn for our students, especially at Level 4, setting them up for learning independently for life. #LTHEChat

I agree with you on the word reflection and a missed opportunity to enhance reflection in the new PSF.

As the legend that is @profsallybrown.bsky.social told me when I was applying for NTF…

A6 AI Agents, yes that technology we are fascinated by, is coming for various (entry level) jobs. Using PSF and the Fellowship process to pause and show evidence of where you add human advantage is key. So is critical thinking and not believing the BS. #LTHEChat @richbale.bsky.social
