La la la, nothing bad is happening

(All photos posted were shot by me, usually very recently - I'm trying to make photography a habit again. Usually using a Pentax K-1 or a Fuji X-Pro2 - yes I'm staying in 2016, things are better here.)
Beautiful.

I'm old enough to remember the original Lara Croft who was also, um, architecturally unique.

It took me a while to figure out what's going on here, it's very cool and seems (though I'm even less qualified to judge) very clever!

I'm a fan but let's be honest, there's plenty that's not "just facts" in your output. Lots of subjective stuff under "Arts & Culture" and "Politics & Society", also individual academics can certainly have their own agendas. Even peer reviewed journals can't claim to be "just facts" really.

About the shot, thanks, glad you like it! IR still feels a bit like cheating sometimes but the results can be striking :)

Really nice. Lots of your shots feel like ones I would have tried to take myself, and been very happy indeed if I'd succeeded as well as you did.

The random upload-your-identity service is such a juicy hacking target too. A VPN gets around the check.

...and if/when inference is cheap enough to be profitable to provide as a service, everyone else can do that too even without the massive newly-obsolete data centers - and also it'll be efficient enough to run locally on our phones and laptops. It's mostly a way to part investors from money. Right?

Very nice! I'm no art connoisseur but I think you're onto something here.

Thanks! Thought maybe it was just me that would like this one.
