Rails people: is there a proper way to customize Rack middleware in tests (ActionDispatch::IntegrationTest)? I need to do it selectively on specific test cases, not globally. There must be a better way than fiddling with MiddlewareStack & friends (right? RIGHT??).

Why am I seeing posts of people I don’t follow? They appear in my timeline, apparently when people I *do* follow reply to them. It never used to be like this. Is this how it’s supposed to work? Am I doing bsky wrong? Please @bsky.app shed light!

Sometimes implementing a feature or fixing a bug becomes so hard, standard tools don’t cut it anymore. That’s usually because the problem can’t be shrunk enough to fit into a human brain. The moment comes when you need heavy artillery tools: pen and paper. For me, 100% success, 100% of the time.

Maybe I’m late to the party, but I just realized you can protect any app with Face ID on iOS by long pressing its icon and selecting “Require Face ID”. I wonder how long it’s been there without me noticing 🤔
