This is a nice addition, I should have elaborated on this myself :) I also only have experience with self-programmed surveys.
I've used interlocked quota for age group and gender, and an additional quotum for education level, and I didn't have issues with oversampling of university graduates

Also, most respondents supported policy action to prevent skin cancer. This held even more so after completing the DCE, reducing the differences in support between countries.

We find that each of the policy measures and outcomes influenced respondents’ choices, most of all the cost attribute. From the policy measures, information campaigns and a price reduction of sunscreen were most favoured, while the prohibition of solar beds and solar studios were least preferred.

While enjoying the sun today, think of the following: 1 out of 3 cancer diagnoses worldwide concerns skin cancer (in the Netherlands even > 1 out of 2). Skin cancer incidence is increasing rapidly, because of which some even speak of an epidemic. The good news is: most cases can be prevented!
