as much as i like supporting people with worse computers or who are not finding pbr very fun, i may have to limit fallback/blinn-phong textures in certain cases. for example, i made a cool pbr item that uses pure black + white tintable decal in the albedo, which isn't backwards compatible.

AI images on searches for venomous snakes is so, so irresponsible. Not only is it inaccurate and dangerous, but it exaggerates common misinformation. The average educated person does not know that a black mamba isn't actually black.

i also drew a snake man for the envelope... it was supposed to be really quick, which is why his pose and anatomy are not the greatest, but i ended up trying out a bunch of brushes from other clip studio users to add some more detail.

I think my favorite thing about my snake is his personality. He is so curious and confident. Even if you disturb him, he doesn't care. He doesn't mind when strangers hold him too.

Bringing you a little info sketch I did a while back, between boring text posts.
revived a species I made in 8th grade. They're kind of like... yeti space orcs?
tried not to change too much, so excuse the cringe and roughness.

Uncolored diagram describing the Vulgarian species. This is an alien species that lives on a cold and harsh planet. The general appearance is similar to an orc, with a hulking figure and tusks. The fingers and toes end in sharp points that look like claws, but there is no distinction between the nail and the flesh. There are spikes on the elbows. The female figure is larger than the male. Both are bigger than a "runt". All three Vulgarians dwarf a tall human. There's a lot of text here, so I'm not sure it will fit in alt text.
