Loved seeing you break down and discuss impact fees. We do have some similar issues in Canada which About Here also recently made a great video on what we call development fees and how that is making it more costly to build more housing.

That’s a wild statement because Canada urban planning and transportation policies are a lot of times bad bc of foreign policy (aligning with US standards). I appreciate your video and you should just not pay too much mind to these comments.
