For those wondering, an accountability group is a small group of people who meet regularly to achieve personal goals by providing each other encouragement and support, and a means of accountability. It helps with maintaining consistency in a more structured environment with real time feedback.

Also to note: I can still function, just not in full capacity or at a near optimal level. I'm not fragile by any means. Also, my intelligence and critical thinking are not affected, but how I process and act on information can be. (10/10)
