The Forum Theatre survived for far longer than I ever thought possible. Like, you’d have to direct people to the only Trader Joe’s in the city by saying “yeah, it’s just across the street from that porn theatre on Market.”

Getting out of UPL’s contract would be ideal. In a rising cap, maybe a goalie needy team is willing. But I doubt there are many takers.
Why would Ellis need to be waived if they tried to trade him? I’m sure I’m missing something.
