I modified my Ulock bracket to also hold a pair of glasses. I'm ADHD, and I've lost about seven of the ten pairs of glasses I've owned while biking. This thing is life changing. It incorporates a 1' long bungee cord to hold the glasses in place.

I added a thing to Thingiverse for the first time. It's a bracket for a U-lock. It took me 3-4 hours. I've got one on my regular bike and my folding bike. So far, it works *much* better than the one Kryptonite ships.

I tried this recipe for microwavable keto bread that my brother @bluefiddleguy.bsky.social suggested. It's pretty good. I tried it again whipping the egg whites to stiff peaks and folding everything else back in, which I admit was very much missing the point.

I think there should be a "public option" for payment processors. Credit is increasingly important to how we pay. Currency is too important to abdicate to the private sector.

I've reached ten weeks of my hundred week goal to not gain weight. I'm really enjoying sauces, dips and cookies (not together). I'm still mostly avoiding bread.
