I would say Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow but I do think that one's a bit pricey, so I will also recommend getting an R4 card off Amazon for like $5 or whatever, then you can just put an SD card into your DS/3DS with whatever you want on it
Final fantasy 4 and the MegaMan Zero Collection are good too
