to make a normal landing.

I had to get used to these wind conditions (and honestly, still am getting used to them) because despite having flown in many different geographic areas, the wind conditions here are completely different and outside of normal limits for most pilots.

And high wind velocity layers. Today this line was on the threshold of the runway in use, so we could not fly a normal final.

Instead we have to approach at a 45 degree angle, staying within one layer of air the entire time.

Then over the threshold we have to correct bank, pitch and airspeed

During this time of year, this occurs almost every single day, with the amount of windshear being directly related to temperature rise & wind direction.

To avoid getting into the heavy windshear, sometimes we have to perform a circuit that avoids the separation line of the calm

Yeah I agree. I’m in the same position, I definitely don’t have that much extra to give, but it was the right thing to do.

Update: I sent her some extra money. My financial situation isn’t fantastic but I felt like it was the right thing to do.

I am considering sending her some additional money, because I feel like I unintentionally made use of her terrible situation.

Would you send some extra money in this situation?
