Don’t you need cooling to reduce inflammation? 🤔 When I had severe carpal tunnel syndrome & couldn’t afford not to work, I put my wrists into baths of ice water multiple times per day & changed diet & lifestyle to reduce systemic inflammation – and it was incredibly effective.
