Back again to see The Fall at the BFI IMAX. Another spectacular last minute booking with a Q+& with the director Tarsem Singh!

It's rare enough to see a film like this here, rarer still to see it twice.

I had no problem with OneDrive at all since I got it - now today I find that my entire local Documents folder on my computer has been moved to OneDrive WITHOUT consulting me or asking for my permission? At all?

I have sensitive money-related stuff in that folder that I do NOT want on cloud storage!

Really, super-duper glad you're performing my words again, Jenna!

Starting a new hobby! I'll see how I go, this will be the first instrument I'll be semi-seriously learning!

Don't mind me, just seeing a photo of Stephen McKinley Henderson's Thufir Hawat on the set of Dune Part 2. A scene that we'll likely never see.

Sobbing internally right now.

Having seen this just today...

That's a difficult question, there's so many!

I would say either The Gentleman with Thistle-Down Hair (from Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell) or Torrin from LD+R's Bad Travelling - both are the kinds of characters I love, not really villains but doing actions that make them seem villains.

I love AMC's The Terror. Arctic horror. Nautical. Victorian. Just right up my alley, and with terrific performances and writing to boot.

I love the Mortal Engines Quartet by @philipreeve.bsky.social. Cities on wheels is already a fascinating premise but the array of characters that are fleshed out, pushed to their limits and defy the odds prove it's one of the most underrated sci-fi adventure stories ever.

I love puzzle video games. The ones that make you feel intelligent and not so hard to require a guide.

Return of the Obra Dinn, Portal 2, Machinarium, INSIDE

I love Tarsem Singh's 2006 adventure fantasy film The Fall. One of the most beautiful, rich, ambitious, vibrant, enticing, wonderfully-shot, impeccably-casted, Lee Pace-studded film I've ever had the good fortune to have watched. In 4K IMAX no less.

I certainly was. Typewriters aren't the industry-standard writing tool.

With my family! Sitting around the TV watching Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl.

I'd always wondered when they'd release the name of the film...

Vengeance Most Fowl, the latest Wallace and Gromit caper, is a super cracking adventure that I am watching for the second time today. Yeah, this is the first time I'm ever watching a film in the same cinema twice on the same day.

Not every day you get a W&G film in cinemas.

Moon was funny last night.

Post yourself as a villain! 😈

Only two I've done in proper cosplay. Being lanky also helps.

The Corinthian, Sandman
The Spot, Across the Spider-Verse
