I’ve been a proud card-carrying member of the ACLU since 2004. I’ve never had need to ask them for help directly until a couple of weeks ago when my son’s healthcare was denied because of who he is.

I comforted by the optimism at the end of KSR’s “Ministry For The Future”. Things get pretty awful, and so so many die who earlier action might have saved, but ultimately humanity finds a way forward.
